• Mechanical Testing: We perform a wide variety of tests to determine the mechanical properties of materials and components, including tensile, compression, flexure, hardness (Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers), impact (Charpy), fatigue, and wear resistance testing.
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): We apply techniques such as ultrasonic testing, liquid penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, visual inspection, and industrial radiography to detect surface or internal discontinuities without damaging the part, ensuring its structural integrity. We utilize the most advanced CT scanner (tomograph) in Europe for high-precision inspection of metallic parts, accommodating a range of admitted volumes/sizes.
• Materials Analysis: We characterize the chemical composition (using spectrometry), microstructure (metallography), and other physicochemical properties of materials to verify their conformity to specifications or investigate causes of failure.
• Metrology and Dimensional Control: We utilize high-precision equipment, such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM), 3D scanners, and other calibrated instruments, to verify that the dimensions and geometric tolerances of the parts conform to drawings and CAD models.
• Functional and Performance Testing: We evaluate the performance of parts under simulated or real-world operating conditions, including load testing, thermal cycling, leak testing, and environmental resistance testing.
