Its launching system and mission planning/firing installation is interoperable with current MM40 BLOCK 3 version, thus enabling a smooth transition. EXOCET MM40 BLOCK 3c can also be associated with the new generation of firing unit offering additional operational capabilities.EXOCET MM40 BLOCK 3c is compatible with MM40 BLOCK 3 logistics support assets already in service. The EXOCET MM40 BLOCK 3c shipset is designed for installation on a wide range of naval platforms.The digitalised architecture improves the maintainability and especially failure localisation. This new generation benefits also of extended preventive maintenance periodicity allowing optimised stockpile management.
