Mecanicas Bolea Celebrates its 40th anniversary
The company from Cartagena has announced the start of construction on its new facilities in Los Camachos during the commemoration of its journey, while also unveiling its new brand image.

Mecánicas Bolea has celebrated its 40th anniversary at the El Batel Auditorium and Conference Centre in Cartagena, bringing together employees, former employees, and local authorities to commemorate four decades in the industrial sector, its strong connection with the city of Cartagena, and to reaffirm the company’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable development.
Specializing in the design and manufacture of process equipment, pressure vessels, and storage tanks, the company serves a range of industries including chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing. It has also expanded its expertise to the aerospace sector and big-science facilities, providing custom-made machinery tailored to the specific needs of its clients.
The Mayor of Cartagena, Noelia Arroyo, highlighted the evolution of Mecánicas Bolea “as a company with great value in terms of talent, and one that firmly embraces innovation and research activities.” She also emphasized the company’s involvement “in the Caetra Project for the development of dual-use technologies – both military and civilian – in the fields of defense, security, reconstruction, and development; as well as in all the initiatives we are advancing through the Training Board for New Industries,” the mayor added.
