The Spanish industry arrives at SITDEF 2025 reaffirming its competitiveness and ability to lead technological advancements in key areas of the production chain. Its presence highlights the effort to maintain a leading position and consolidate itself as a strategic partner in the most relevant programs. Under the coordination of the Spanish Association of Defence, Security, Aeronautics and Space Technology Companies (TEDAE), the Spanish pavilion at SITDEF 2025, located at the Army General Headquarters-San Borja in Lima, brings together 4 exhibitors presenting their most innovative developments and the latest technologies in the sector. Alongside them, with its own booth, Airbus Defence and Space showcases its capabilities and established portfolio in the aerospace field.

Novaindef

Novaindef, an engineering company specializing in the defence and space sectors, headquartered in Linares with facilities at the Rota Naval Base, the Albacete Air Maestranza, and the Maintenance Park and Center (PCMYVR 2) in Cordoba, uses advanced manufacturing technologies to develop prototypes, spare parts, and deployable solutions that enhance fleet operability. It has capabilities for certification, testing, and inspection, offering comprehensive end-to-end services. Its approach is based on technological innovation and operational agility.

According to Virgilio García, CEO of the company, “in the defence sector, we need agile, adaptable, and sustainable solutions. Advanced manufacturing technologies allow us to respond quickly, develop critical spare parts on-site, and create deployable systems that enhance operability. It is key to invest in innovation to maintain our capabilities in changing and demanding environments.”

Meanwhile, Fernando Lasagni, CTO of Novaindef, emphasizes that they are a unique company “that integrates knowledge and advanced manufacturing technologies to develop ad hoc components and systems in record time. We have all 3D printing technologies for metal alloys and technical polymers, as well as machining, post-processing capabilities, and the most advanced means for inspection and testing.”

Novaindef, a Sicnova (Linares, Jaén) company and a key actor in the execution of its €82M agreement with the Ministry of Defence, redefines technological innovation at the service of Defence. We specialize in the integration of advanced manufacturing (metal 3D printing, reverse engineering, machining) and certification to transform the supply chain and enhance the operational capability of the Armed Forces.

We demonstrate our proven integration capability with deployed and operational work centers within facilities of the Navy and the Army and Air and Space Force. This close collaboration allows us to offer agile and tailored solutions for the needs of modern Defence. Our potential strategically shapes the future of military logistics, exemplified by projects like the Army Logistics Base (BLET) in Córdoba and the Technological Centre for Development and Experimentation (CETEDEX) in Jaén.

Novaindef's expertise is fundamental to achieving the modernization of logistics: maximum efficiency, on-demand production, and technological sovereignty.
