By attending FEINDEF 25, the attendee authorizes the FEINDEF organization to make audiovisual and photographic recordings that may include their image and/or voice. These recordings may be used for informational and advertising purposes in any media and format, whether print, digital, or audiovisual, without geographical or time limitations and without generating any right to compensation. The attendee may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, and revoke their consent at any time by writing to secretaria@fundacionfeindef.org and clearly stating their request. The organization guarantees that the use of these recordings will comply with current regulations and will not infringe on the honor, privacy, or reputation of the attendees.
