Gaptek is pleased to announce the signing of a contract for the development of a new hangar at the Fuerteventura Technology Park, intended to house the MQ-9 Reaper unmanned aerial system.
The project, covering an area of 600 m², is expected to be completed within 12 weeks and, as of March 2025, is already in its initial phase, with work currently focused on foundation and site preparation.
The hangar is specifically designed to support the operational and technical needs of the MQ-9 Reaper, providing a secure, functional, and adaptable environment for both maintenance and protection of the aircraft.
Thanks to Gaptek’s industrialized construction system, the facility will combine rapid deployment with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
This project highlights Gaptek’s commitment to technological innovation and plays a key role in the development of advanced capabilities within the Fuerteventura Technology Park.
