The Madrid 112 Security and Emergency Agency is an instrument at the service of the citizens of the Community of Madrid that allows the integration of the response of the different organizations to risk situations that affect them, establishing a single emergency care system.

The development of joint action procedures, the implementation of common technological and communication platforms, as well as the promotion of transversal and specialized training of all the agents involved, are primary objectives of the Agency.
